Anthea Willey
Anthea founded metamorph.me in 2024 and has been delivering training and coaching for many thousands of people since 2012.
Cients have included Google, IBM, LinkedIn, AirBnB, Channel4, Mimecast, Quantcast, GfK, Taboola, Bloom&Wild, Toast, IMG, Haymarket Publishing, Warner Music, Winton, Tate, The Guardian and a breath of media and ad agencies including adam&eveDDB, Ogilvy, Publicis Groupe, Karmarama and M&C Saatchi. She has also coached a number of senior UK politicians in public speaking.
Before becoming a trainer, Anthea spent 17 years in advertising at Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, M&C Saatchi, and JWT where she was part of the London Management Team, leading a department of 80.
She has led global teams to provide brand and creative strategy for clients included P&G, Glaxo SmithKline, UK government (Dept. of Health and Dept. of Trade & Industry), Kimberly-Clark, LOCOG/TfL, Heinz, IBM, The Samaritans, Kraft and De Beers.
Anthea is accredited in MBTI (Step I), Talogy's EIP3 (Emotional Intelligence), the Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Indicator (TKI), PROPHET executive team psychometric profiling, and holds a certificate in Coaching from the Neuroleadership Institute.
She holds a BA/MA in Modern History from Oxford University.
